James Warren - President / Owner:
Jim started while still in high school when Sunset was in his parent's back yard and has lead Sunset since 1960. Jim has developed and implemented Lean ERP, lean accounting and lean performance tracking at Sunset. Jim Chairs the Lean Accounting SIG at the NW High Performance Enterprise Consortium (NWHPEC). Jim was a presenter at the 2007 National Lean Accounting Summit held in Orlando Florida.

Linda Nees - Office / Administrative manager / Owner:
Linda started right after high school cleaning (in her moms dishwasher) and packaging all the parts Jim and Roy were running in the back yard shop. Her official hire date shows 1966, but most likely should be around 1962.

Bob Nees - Production Manager / Purchasing:
Bob has been with Sunset since 1966, started in the shop as foreman, working his way up to production manager, and purchasing.

Rob Nees - General Manager:
Rob started with Sunset in 1996, as outside sales rep, became sales manager in 1998 where he developed all new marketing plans. Rob eventually took over the day to day planning, operations, and management of company activities.

Bryan Houck - Sales Manager:
Bryan is Sunset's newest management team member coming on board in February of 2008. He brings 22 years of manufacturing experience to Sunset. Bryan understands our current and future customer base since he was once a customer himself. His many years of manufacturing sales and supply chain experience in an ISO environment allow him the ability to see things from the customer’s perspective.

Lauri Arrington - Sales Engineer / HR Director:
Lauri was originally hired as a machinist on the shop floor in 1992. When our estimator retired Lauri jumped at the opportunity, she has completely reinvented the position and turns out accurate estimates in very impressive time. Shortly there after she was appointed HR duties, once again performing at a high level and significantly improving and shaping the dynamic workforce we have today

Tom Arrington - Operations Director / Programming:
Tom has been with Sunset since 1989, hired originally as a machinist, Tom worked his way to being one of our top setup machinists. Currently Tom is our full time programmer, and overall shop operations director.

Suzanne Sealander - Shipping / Receiving Manager:
Suzanne came to Sunset as a weekend swing shift temp in 2004, quickly made it obvious she was destined to be a permanent fixture at Sunset. Suzanne currently manages shipping and receiving.

Ron Viste - Quality Director:
Ron started in 2006, his impact in that short amount of time on Sunset's quality system has been an overwhelming success.

Mike Wagemann - Tool Room Attendant / Setup support:
Mike began his tenure with Sunset as a machinist. He has been purchasing and maintaining tooling as well as continuously improving the setup support role since early 2007
